Stueti has 13+ years of experience in both industry and academia. As a professional she has worked on system design, architecture analysis, model-based systems engineering and system of system behaviour analysis of complex off-highway equipment. She is committed to advance the digital engineering practices in the Asia-Pacaific region (APAC) across various industry verticals. With formal systems engineering methods and principles she wants to empower decision makers to establish the digital fabric of engineering data from conceptualization to use and maintenance of the product and through its entire lifecycle.
She received her dual degree from BITS Pilani in M.Sc. Physics and B.E. Mechanical. She has completed two masters in Mechanical Design Engineering, one from BITS Pilani and second from Cornell University, USA. To strengthen her interests in systems engineering, Stueti received formal training on Systems Design and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge.
Prior to BlueKei, Stueti has led various R&D projects in the area of Systems Architecture synthesis and analysis particularly Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML. The second focus area was on the behavioural modelling and simulation of complex agricultural systems using system dynamics and agent-based methods. Her work included leading and facilitating immersive field studies and customer interviews and develop analytical models. She has applied systems engineering approaches to various business areas such as new product development, managing requirement changes due to new regulations, optimizing products logistics, improving product efficiency with mathematical system of system models, etc.
Stueti also led embedded technology development teams and worked with Global Systems Engineers on product line systems engineering within crop harvesting equipment. Stueti also held the role of Systems and Architecture Leader responsible for new vehicle architecture with automation features.
In 2020, Stueti Gupta Co-found BlueKei Solutions where she currently serves as Director. BlueKei offers support to decision makers mainly through consulting and training on a basis of systems engineering principles. In 2021, Stueti joined colleagues Mudit and Deva in delivering CTI’s INCOSE SEP Exam Prep Course on behalf of CTI, throughout the APAC region.
Stueti is purpose driven systems engineer, technology leader and STEM advocate. She has delivered various technical talks, on importance of Systems Engineering and MBSE to academia and industry in India. She is very active in International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) both in local and global initiatives and currently serves as the President of India Chapter. She volunteers her time for Society of Women Engineers mentoring young professionals and collegiate.
Stueti is a foodie and loves to explore different cuisines and travel. She loves to read books with her daughter.
